BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERRoles & Responsibilities- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography or US market.- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
-Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
-Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.- Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services.
-Include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.- Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.- Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
-Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeopleDesired Profile :- Graduate / advance university degree- Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.- Proven sales track record and In-depth sales experience with BPO/Marketingindustry expertise and proven track record against generating revenue.
-Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (inbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.- Should have in-depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models- Possess strong communication skills. (ref:updazz.com)
