Speaking to parents, understanding the requirement and helping the parents with school searches2. Help Parents over call, email & chat to for guidance3. Suggest, consult & counsel parents for right school for their child4. Suggest Parents for After Schools programs & academic activities5. Seek Feedback from Parents & maintain CSAT6. Should be open for Cold Calling & Lead generation over phoneRequirements :1. Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferably B2C.2. Proficiency in basic computers and CRM3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.5. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.6. Exceptional customer service skills.7. Strong listening and sales skills.8. Proficiency in English & One regional language ( Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/ Telugu/Marathi)9. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 1 YearsLogistics :1.
