Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction and provide solutions to minimize delays.
• Ensure all materials and resources are available on-site and manage their efficient usage.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including reports, site diaries, and correspondence.
• Provide support during project planning, cost estimation, and budgeting.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate with the design team to review and implement modifications as necessary.
