& Climb on Telecom Towers to Perform duties assigned. & Handle Telecom equipment with utmost care. & Install/De-install RF equipment as per the instruction from a Site Engineer/Supervisor/Project Coordinator & Ensure Quality and OHS Compliances & Ensure Timely Reporting while entering and leaving the site authorities. & Work with other team members to handle project issues in the field as they arise. & Help Engineers to complete site Audits and Site Surveys. & Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rigging equipment. & Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and regulations. & Inspect rigging gear and equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
