-You ll oversee the full sales cycle-from lead generation to loan disbursement while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to boost referrals, partner on events, improve value propositions, and cross-sell allied products.Key Responsibilities:- Generation: Acquire new customers for education loans (domestic & overseas).- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives; assign leads and track performance.- Customer Engagement : Guide students and parents on loan processes during visits.- Channel Management : Build partnerships to drive leads and referrals.- Loan Processing : Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance and smooth disbursements.- Customer Service : Deliver excellent service, fostering referrals and collaborating with internal teams.- Event Collaboration : Organize seminars, events, and webinars with partners.- Value Enhancement : Identify business gaps and suggest improvements.- Cross-Selling: Promote allied products like forex, insurance, and more.- Target Achievement: Meet team goals for loan logins and disbursements.Join us to make a meaningful impact in education finance!
