As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company s products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand our product offerings.Responsibilities :1. Sales and Business Development :- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.2. Client Management :- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.3. Strategy and Planning :- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance.- Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.4. Team Leadership :- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff.- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes.- Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism.5.
