Unstop is hiring for the Senior Manager/Manager Revenue - College s role who will generate revenue from colleges. This role requires strategic thinking, swift action and operational prowess. As a Sr. Manager/Manager Revenue Colleges, you will be tasked with leading a team that works with realistic targets efficiently and effectively. You will be required to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products and suggest and implement new product ideas in the College/University domain. They will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals and meeting with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.Responsibilities of the Candidate :1. Be responsible for University/college/TPO Partnerships for the company s Ed-tech and other products2. Work on Leads generated through inbound and outbound channels towards closures and grow the revenue from university business3. Ensure the University achieves excellence in academics and placements through a result-oriented partnership with our organization4. Help the institute partners share the company s vision and plan to help bridge the talent and education gaps in emerging technologies and help in the campus-to-corporate journey5. Coordinate with the other teams for branding and collateral developmentSoft Skills Required : Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinking, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategyEligibility :- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B College Sales- Should be willing to travel as and when required- An engineering background will be preferred- Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference- Brownie point for candidates with HR-Tech or Ed-tech backgroundCompensation :As per industry standards.
