Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market share in the FMCG sector.- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.Channel Sales Management:- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets to drive sales.Client Engagement:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Performance Monitoring:- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any client issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.Market Research:- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement initiatives.Key Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.Channel Sales: Experience in managing distributor and retailer relationships.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.Education: Any graduation (regular).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with FMCG brands and knowledge of local market dynamics in Kakinada.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
