Job Description: Sales OfficerLocation: Pune, Hyderabad, BangalorePosition: Sales OfficerExperience: 5-10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing distributor and dealer appointments, driving primary and secondary sales, and overseeing the placement of N Max machines. This role requires a strategic individual with proven experience in sales and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Distributor & Dealer Appointment:- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers to expand the market reach.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers.Primary Sales:- Collect orders from dealers and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.- Monitor order patterns and sales trends to optimize order collection strategies.Secondary Sales:- Conduct trials in garages and other relevant locations to promote and demonstrate products.- Gather feedback from trials and use it to refine sales strategies and product offerings.N Max Machine Placement:- Oversee the placement of N Max machines in targeted locations.- Ensure proper installation and setup of machines at client locations.Payment Collection:- Manage the collection of payments from dealers and distributors.- Ensure that payment collection processes are efficient and that outstanding payments are followed up on promptly.Requirements:Experience:- 5-10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.- Proven track record of managing distributor and dealer networks.Skills:- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Additional:- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned locations.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
