In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and driving strategic initiatives for business growth.
-The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in new business development.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Management: - Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives.
-Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall team performance.- Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
-Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company s client base.
-Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.New Business Development: - Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and market research.
-Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive sustained business growth.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.- File Sales Management: - Take ownership of the file sales process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
-Monitor sales pipeline and forecasts, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
-Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.- Reporting & Analysis: - Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.
-Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior leadership.
