Company : Arena ConsultantThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm s growth strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities :- Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research. Create and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and ensure that the firm s services meet their requirements.- Proposal Management : Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new projects. Coordinate with internal teams to create compelling and competitive bids.- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.- Partnerships and Alliances : Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with other firms, contractors, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.- Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and client feedback. Prepare regular reports for senior management.Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the architecture, engineering, interior designing or construction industry.- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and managing client relationships.- Strong understanding of the architecture and construction industry- Strong organizational and project management skills.
