You ll implement effective sales strategies and manage agency relationships to increase revenue. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
-Lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to achieve sales targets.
-Monitor advisor performance and provide support to achieve sales goals.
-Establish and nurture long-term relationships with agency partners.
-Conduct training programs to ensure a high level of product knowledge and sales skills. Key Qualifications : - 1-5 years of experience in insurance sales or channel sales management.
-Minimum undergraduate degree.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Age: 25 to 40 years.
