- Join a market leader within Other Services- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities- Fantastic work cultureOur client provide a variety of talent acquisition services through our domain expertise established for decades that help our clients in IT and non IT industries find talent and improve skills.The Job:You will be responsible for :- Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.- Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.- Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.- Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.- Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.- Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.- Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.- Providing monthly help desk reports.Ideal Candidate:- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Customer Success or Helpdesk/Technical Support role.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments (ref:updazz.com)
