Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of site visit coordinators to achieve department goals and objectives.- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the site visit department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and achieve their full potential.- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the site visit process.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, customer feedback, and site visit metrics.- Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for the department.- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continually improve department operations.Eligibility/Requirements :Education: Bachelor s degree, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a team leading role in industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale.
