In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts by visiting clients in person, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collections. Requirements: Conduct field visits to client locations to collect overdue payments. Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies. Negotiate payment plans with clients, including installment arrangements and payment schedules. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and negotiate payment terms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Ability to analyze client situations, identify obstacles, and develop effective solutions to resolve payment issues. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
