Required Telesales Executive - Chennai by BCC INFOTECH

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote Vodafone s MNP (Mobile Number Portability), Prepaid to Postpaid conversions, new prepaid connections, and postpaid plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting potential customers into Vodafone users.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make daily calls to potential and existing customers to promote Vodafone 's services.

MNP & Prepaid to Postpaid Conversion: Convince customers to port their existing mobile numbers to Vodafone or switch from prepaid to postpaid plans.

New Connections: Promote and sell new prepaid SIM cards and postpaid plans.

Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and suggest the best Vodafone plans accordingly.

Follow-Ups & Closures: Follow up with interested customers, address concerns, and ensure successful conversion.

Data Management: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Vodafone s latest offers, plans, and promotions.
