Supply Chain Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and coordinating reorder points.
• Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to confirm order details and resolve issues.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other supply chain activities.
• Support the development and implementation of supply chain procedures to streamline operations.
• Assist in quality control checks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain effectiveness.
• Participate in vendor negotiations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Help manage logistics, including warehousing and transportation, to ensure seamless distribution.

Supply Chain Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with supply chain software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
