Job responsibilities:- Leading key experiential IPs and driving end-to-end planning and execution- The ability to research and articulate new experiential ideas, drive the development of event concepts and presentations in sync with the organization s goals and objectives- Work with interdisciplinary teams, sales, consumer experience, and individual business units to create integrated events that are disruptive and connect with our key audience.- Work with external teams such as vendors & agencies, collaborators, influencers, partners, and talent to bring ideas to life- Drive monetization strategy and brand partnership execution with the IPs.Skills:- Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in events- Proven track record of growing and scaling events as a department in a company- Content creation ability and data driven decision making needed- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders- Negotiation skills and ability to work cross functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
