This role involves managing multiple pharmacy outlets, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities- Manage operations across assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
-Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
-Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and supply chain efficiency to ensure uninterrupted operations.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and implement profitability strategies.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
-Conduct regular visits to outlets for performance assessment, feedback provision, and addressing operational challenges.
-Design and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity. Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in retail pharmacy management with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets effectively.- Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.- Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of a 15-day notice period are strongly preferred.
