Experience: 0 to 2+ years of experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, including sheet metal, surfacing, weldments, and simulation tools. Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and manufacturing processes (CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, etc.). Ability to create technical drawings and engineering documentation. Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SolidWorks (CSWP or CSWE).
