Job description We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and optimize lead generation. You will craft personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Content and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), while creating engaging content to attract and convert prospects. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
-Execute cold email strategies, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM tactics to engage target accounts.
-Create and manage content for blogs, social media, and email to nurture leads through TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
-Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
-Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing and revenue goals.
-Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversions and marketing ROI. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, inbound marketing, or a related field.
-Expertise in email marketing automation, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM.
-Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
-Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, GA4, and website analytics platforms.
-Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization.
