Would you like to be a part of an organization known for its, customer-centric approach, and dynamic work culture?- It is a recognized investment management organisation with a legacy of excellence in offering clients comprehensive financial solutions.- It provides a broad range of investment products and services, including equity, debt, and other asset management, operating on the principles of Long-term wealth creation, outside-in (Customer) view, and long-term relationships.Job Title - Relationship Manager - Channel SalesReports to Channel Head/Branch ManagerNo of Direct reportees -NilDepartment Sales - Retail SalesPosition Grade Range Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (May vary based on experience)Job Purpose: The incumbent will mobilise the funds through All Channels.Job Role :- As a Relationship Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for driving the initiatives and generating revenue for the channel assigned by ensuring maximum market share for our Mutual Fund schemes.- Timely communication and updates to the channel partner to maximize the revenue.- Ensure timely coverage for all existing relationships assigned which should result in effective communication about our Mutual Fund, its schemes, and all other aspects.- Training channel partners on different MF products.Qualification & Experience :- Postgraduate/Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience- NISM certification is mandatory.- Personal Attributes- Understanding of debt/equity and mutual funds- Good Knowledge of the mutual fund regulatory environment- Good communication and presentation skills- Good business acumen and should be focused on achieving results and the targets assigned.- The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & outstation travel if required.- Should have a good understanding of the products and key business parameters.Behavioural Competencies :- Managing Vision & Strategy: Accomplish team goals, and department goals while keeping in line with the organization s vision, philosophy, and strategic goals.
-Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals in connection with the organization s strategic goals by creating and implementing short-term or long-term plans.
-Closely monitor the work of team members to ensure its aligned with vision & strategic goals.- Business Acumen: Agile on development of own and other departments. Gain Thorough knowledge and understanding of his or her work and about competition.
-Effectively using the available resources keeping in mind of cost and efficiency to meet goals.- Drive for Results: Ensure team members are clear with expectations, targets /goals. Look for improvement in self & team performance by upgrading and upskilling about systems, processes & technology.
-Problem Solving & Decision Making: Effectively using the available information. Evaluate best alternative ideas and solutions and advise team members to generate innovative ideas/solutions.
-Supports team members in making quick decisions and evaluating the potential consequences of each alternative.- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrates expertise & credibility while interacting with customers. Suggest improvements in the system, processes, and services. Monitors and evaluates qualitative or quantitative metrics on customer feedback.- Teamwork & Collaboration: Recognize & appreciate team efforts, to interact and build effective networks with peers and senior leaders within the organization. Identify opportunities and exchange knowledge, expertise, and best practices across teams.- Developing Talent: Act as a coach & guide to develop their knowledge or skills which in turn will help team members to take on extended responsibilities or future roles.
