Responsibilities :1. Sales Pipeline Management : - Develop, monitor, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
-Identify, prioritize, and target potential clients in the industrial, residential, and turnkey project segments. 2. Business Development : - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including industrial clients, developers, and project consultants.
-Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients. 3. Financing & Project Coordination : - Collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners to structure financing options for solar projects.
-Ensure seamless coordination between sales, technical, and project execution teams. 4. Customer Engagement : - Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns.
-Monitor project milestones and maintain transparent communication with clients. 5. Market Analysis & Reporting : - Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
-Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to leadership.Qualifications & Skills : - Experience: 3-7 years in sales, preferably in industrial sales, electrical sales, or solar projects.
-Proven track record in handling large-scale projects or turnkey solutions.
-Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, related regulations, project financing, and relevant industry standards.
-Ability to understand and present technical solutions to clients.
-Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
