General Manager - Plant Operations 10-12 Years Exp. - Any BE / CIPET - Lead all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and team performance. 2. Head of Department - Moulding 8-10 Years Exp. - Any BE /CIPET - Oversee the moulding department, optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring production targets are met. 3. Head of Department - Paintshop 8-10 Years Exp. - Any BE/CIPET - Lead the paintshop operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. 4.Sr. Engineer - Paintshop Maintenance 5-7 Years Exp. - Any BE Degree - Manage and execute maintenance activities within the paintshop to ensure operational uptime and equipment reliability. 5. Jr. Engineer - Paintshop Maintenance 1-4 Years Exp. - Any BE Degree - Support the paintshop maintenance team with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
