Quality Assurance (QA) /Quality Control (QC) Engg Job description : Quality Assurance (QA) /Quality Control (QC) - Engineering & Manufacturing Develop, implement, and maintain the company s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards and client requirements. Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure materials and work meet established standards. Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure consistent quality compliance. Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation while supporting continuous process Roles and Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis for the West African market. Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Generate recent business leads through calls, emails, and networking. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Build and manage robust customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information. Coordinate with operations for order processing and delivery. Ensure compliance with local regulations and trade policies. Prepare and submit sales and operational performance reports.
