What you 'll do
One of SAP 's strategic customers has initiated a transformation program, part of which is to consume their SAP landscape of 130 systems as an enhanced private cloud model provided by SAP on RISE. To ensure the best level of service, a dedicated team has been set up within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services to work for this strategic client. The goal of this team is to operate the entire customer SAP landscape and drive innovation adoption.
As an IT Architecture : Security Senior Specialist, you are responsible for

:Live and breathe the security culture of SAP ECS and our strategic customers.
:Take responsibility for customer specific security requirements and bring these to life. The scope focuses on SAP, Database, OS risks and approaches to hardening. User and role managed are out of scope.
:Contribute to the design and architecture of security solutions, the customer security roadmap, and work with respective providers to ensure on:time, first:time right implementation.
:Participate in the risk management, compliance, audit, and vulnerability management.

:Application: SAP platform security (ABAP, JAVA, Web Dispatcher), SAP BTP, cloud connector, etc
:OS: SUSE, Windows, Kubernetes

Practical experience in network security topics
Solid understanding of authentication and communication protocols

Certification

Work experience

:5 years in a security role, being responsible for SAP applications and databases, OS, and network. 2 years architecting security solutions
