Job Summary: Electrical Site Supervisor We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor with a strong background in Electrical project execution to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing on-site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the successful and timely completion of electrical projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to electrical installations and maintenance.
• Oversee execution of electrical works as per project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage manpower at the site - including electricians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the project manager, clients, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
• Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update to the project team.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the project manager..

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• 1 to 5 years of experience in supervising electrical projects (commercial/industrial/residential).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, DBs, lighting, cable laying, earthing, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with site safety norms and compliance.
• Willingness to work on different project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
• Experience working with MEP consultants and contractors.
• Exposure to government/private sector electrical projects is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
