Core responsibilities

• Financial Record Management: & Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software, including recording daily transactions, journal entries, and managing ledgers.&
• Account Reconciliation: & Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.&
• Financial Reporting: & Prepare and analyze various financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.&
• Tax Compliance: & Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations, including timely filing of returns and payments.&
• Invoicing and Payments: & Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain records of payments and receipts.&
• Compliance and Auditing: & Ensure all financial activities comply with accounting standards and company policies.& Conduct internal audits to verify accuracy.&

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Understanding of tax regulations (GST/TDS)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and collaboration skills&
