The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies while also being skilled at offline brand activation, B2B events, and strategic partnerships.Digital Marketing:- Develop and implement performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, content marketing).- Manage website content, landing pages, and analytics to optimize lead generation and SEO rankings.- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling digital assets (videos, infographics, case studies).- Drive social media strategy and execution across platforms to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.- Own marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and lead nurturing.Offline Marketing:- Plan and execute offline initiatives such as industry events, trade shows, customer workshops, and roadshows.- Build strategic alliances with partners, influencers, and industry bodies to extend reach.- Oversee branding and messaging for physical touchpoints (booths, printed materials, merchandise).- Coordinate PR efforts and manage relationships with media and publications in the tech/AI space.Strategic & Cross-functional:- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing goals with revenue objectives.- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.- Manage budgets and external vendors/agencies where applicable.Job Requirements:- 8 years of marketing experience in B2B tech, preferably in AI, SaaS, or analytics.- Proven success in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.- Strong knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEM tools, CRM systems (ZOHO), and automation platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.- Self-starter with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
