- Job Title: Store Manager - Pune- Experience: 6 - 10 years - Location: Pune - Department: Retail & Sales- Reports To: Sales Director Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewelry Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales management. This role involves overseeing staff, driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service:- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales goals.- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
-Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.- Handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.- Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall client satisfaction.Team Leadership:- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for development.- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.Store Operations:- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.- Coordinate with vendors and manage repairs, special orders, and consignments.Visual Merchandising & Presentation:- Maintain high standards for store appearance and product displays.- Implement seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies.- Ensure all jewelry is properly tagged, clean, and attractively displayed.Administrative Duties:- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Manage store budget and expenses.- Coordinate with head office or regional management on marketing, inventory, and staffing.Requirements: - 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or jewelry retail.
