Mission (Purpose of the Role)As a founding member of our sales team, drive revenue growth and expand our international client base by identifying opportunities, pitching software solutions, closing deals, and building long-term relationships. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.- Outcomes (What Success Looks Like in the First 3 Months)- Generate and qualify 10 - 15 new leads per week and actively maintain the sales pipeline.- Successfully close at least 3 - 5 deals with international clients aligned with revenue targets.- Collaborate with tech teams to ensure proposals and solutions meet client expectations.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM for all leads, prospects, and sales activities.- Contribute measurable business growth, demonstrating impact on revenue and client satisfaction.Competencies (How the Person Will Succeed)Sales Expertise : Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.Client Focus & Relationship Building : Able to establish trust, manage client expectations, and nurture long-term relationships.Communication Skills : Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication to effectively pitch solutions.Proactive & Target-Driven : Self-motivated, independent, and consistently works toward achieving or exceeding targets.Collaboration & Adaptability : Works effectively with tech teams and adjusts strategies based on client and business needs.CRM & Process Management : Skilled in using CRMs or similar tools to track performance and maintain pipeline accuracy.Requirements- 4-7 years experience in software/IT services sales, preferably with international clients.- Proven track record of achieving measurable business and revenue growth.- Experience handling inbound/outbound sales outreach.- Prior experience as a founding sales member or in a startup-like environment is a plus.- Fluent English (verbal & written).What we OfferCompetitive Pay : High-earning potential based on performance.Remote-Friendly: Work from anywhere while maintaining work-life balance.Fast Career Growth: Opportunities to move into leadership roles quickly.Collaborative & Inclusive: Contribute ideas and be part of a global team.Work Schedule: 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (aligned with EST), 5-day workweek.
