Job Title: Marketing & Design Trainee ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Trainee Executive to support our marketing, design, content, and communications initiatives. This role offers early-career professionals a chance to build expertise in digital marketing, design, storytelling, and community engagement while working closely with startups, government, and innovation ecosystems.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Content (50%)- Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.- Draft copy for posts, emails, and internal/external communications.- Support awareness campaigns for events, workshops, and accelerator programs.- Conduct market and audience research to strengthen outreach strategy.- Collaborate with partners and media for visibility opportunities.2. Design & Visual Communication (25%)- Design creatives for social media, presentations, posters, decks, and digital ads.- Maintain consistency with brand identity (colors, fonts, aesthetics).- Develop illustrations and infographics to simplify complex GovTech/public procurement topics.- Work with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.3.
