Job Title: Assistant Manager - SalesPosition Summary:- The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategies to increase market share in the bike accessories segment.- This role requires close collaboration with dealership teams, vendors, and customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and strong business performance.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for bike accessories in assigned locations.- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.- Drive market expansion through strategic partnerships and new account acquisitions.Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking:- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential risks.- Benchmark competition and provide actionable insights to stay ahead in the market.Customer & Dealer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.- Address customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance client satisfaction.Sales Performance & Target Achievement:- Track sales performance and generate regular reports to measure success.- Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans to meet sales targets.Promotions & Brand Visibility:- Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, including exhibitions, retailer meets, and dealership events.- Organize promotional campaigns, training sessions, and local riding events to enhance brand presence.Product Knowledge & Training:- Stay updated on the latest bike accessories, riding gear, and market trends.- Train dealership staff and partners on product features and benefits to drive effective sales conversations.Skills & Competencies:- Sales & Account Management - Strong ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.- Market Expansion & Dealer Development - Experience in business development and expanding dealership networks.- Customer Relationship Management - Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze data, benchmark competition, and develop strategic solutions.- Event Management & BTL Marketing - Experience in organizing retailer meets, exhibitions, and promotional rides.- Target-Driven & Resourceful - Strong focus on achieving sales targets and finding innovative solutions.Preferred Industry Experience:- Apparel, Luggage, Helmets, Riding Gear, or Automotive Accessories industries.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automobile or bike accessories sector.
