Requirements:- Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with professionals globally.- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or Excel for maintaining records.- Ability to follow guidelines while adapting to different conversation flows.- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
