The ideal candidate will have a strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual content.Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualise, design, and execute visual solutions across brand, advertising, social media, digital, and print materials.- Collaborate closely with copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with brand identity and communication strategy.- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation.- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design output.- Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency across all visual materials.- Stay current with design trends, techniques, tools, and best practices.- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.- Present design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders and clients.Key Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in a professional design role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across branding, advertising, social media, and web.- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a strong plus.- Strong communication, Presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
