You ll develop content architecture and deploy AI tools and performance data to ensure each piece of content has a measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Planning- Develop data-backed content strategies aligned with SEO, brand messaging, and buyer personas.- Create topic clusters, editorial calendars, and pillar content strategies.- Collaborate with SEO and Paid teams for keyword mapping, topic prioritization, and content funnels.AI-Enhanced Content Creation- Use AI tools to scale content production while maintaining tone and quality.- Employ premium writing tools for stylistic and grammatical polish.- Use AI tools for video scripts and repurposed video content.Content Production & Collaboration- Draft, edit, and publish high-performing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, infographics, and social media content.- Use collaboration tools to manage workflows and approval cycles.Performance Monitoring- Track engagement metrics, time-on-page, bounce rates, and content ROI.- Run A/B tests for titles, headlines, or CTAs.Ideal Candidate Profile- 2 years in digital content, journalism, or content strategy.- Solid understanding of keyword intent, semantic SEO, and B2B/B2C buyer journeys.- Skilled in AI-assisted content tools and multimedia storytelling.- Bonus: Experience with podcast or video content production workflows.
