Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen IT and engineering candidates for US-based roles
Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to find qualified talent
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy
Support visa and compliance discussions with basic knowledge of W2, H1B, H4, C2C, and other visa terms
Qualifications:
1-2 years recruiting experience in the US IT or Engineering market
Basic visa terminology and compliance understanding (W2, H1, H4, C2C)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in candidate sourcing tools, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
