Pathology Laboratory Technician Job Opening: Pathology Laboratory Technician We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pathology Laboratory Technician to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a certified diagnostic environment, contributing to high-quality patient care through accurate and ethical laboratory practices. Role Overview You will perform diagnostic testing, operate lab equipment, and ensure quality control across various pathology disciplines including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, etc.)
• Operate and maintain lab equipment (centrifuges, microscopes, analyzers)
• Conduct diagnostic tests and record results accurately
• Follow SOPs and maintain lab hygiene and safety standards
• Participate in internal audits and quality assurance activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor 's in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT)
• Proficiency in lab techniques and medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with basic computer for entry
