  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and movement.
  • Handle patient queries, complaints, and service escalations.
  • Ensure accurate medical documentation and MRD compliance.
  • Support NABH standards and assist in internal audits.
  • Monitor consultant/RMO/nursing duty rosters and attendance.
  • Supervise clinical service TAT and patient experience.
  • Coordinate with diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, and support teams.
  • Ensure proper charge capture and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain consumables, equipment coordination, and facility readiness.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and operational data.
  • Facilitate staff communication, training, and process adherence.
