Contribute to a Top Machining Team as VMC Operator Job Description Experience: 3+ yrs Salary: Based on Previous Experience Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above What You will do: Machine Setup and Operation: You will mount fixtures, align workpieces, and make sure the right raw material is used for the project as you skilfully set up, load, and run CNC VMC machines. Tool Management: In order to ensure that tool offsets are precisely measured and entered into the control system, you will be in charge of choosing, installing, adjusting, and changing cutting tools and inserts in the tool magazine. Program Execution and Offset Adjustment: To maintain part quality and reduce cycle time, you will load, check, and run pre-written CNC programs G-code/M-code, making the required tool and work offsets and small parameter modifications. Perform Quality tests: Using precision measurement tools, you will carry out required in-process quality control tests to make sure products fulfil the necessary surface polish and dimensional standards.
