Job Purpose- Core domain expertise have Sound knowledge of Wealth. The objective of this role is to contribute to the team s efforts in delivering exceptional financial solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
-As an Individual Contributor, you will provide crucial support to Relationship Managers, assisting in the execution of wealth management strategies and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our valued clients.
-Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and passion for wealth management will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the team s overall success.Main accountabilitiesClient Engagement and Relationship Management:- Assist in raising funds from HNI / UHNI clients with Technical & Fundamental research for equities and advising the same to clients mapped to the wealth managers.- Regular meetings with Active clients, converting the dormant clients into active along with respective wealth manager.- Regular regional visits for HNI client meetings, seminars/events.- Send across research reports to current and prospective clients and assisting in writing quarterly client newsletters.- Provide investment support, education, and guidance to clients, prospects, and Relationship Managers.- Provide updates on investment opportunities to clients and Relationship Managers.- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and efficient client support.Market Research and Analysis:- Maintain current knowledge of competitors investment capabilities, product offerings, and pricing policies.- Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends to inform decision-making and enhance client portfolios.- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.Financial Planning and Reporting:- Assist in developing personalized financial plans, taking into consideration clients unique goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.- Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, investment summaries, and performance reviews for client presentations.Team Management- Collaborate with senior management to define team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications & Experience- Minimum Degree: Postgraduate/ Graduate in any discipline.
