Position : Branch Manager - 1Job Location : HyderabadSalary : CTC 12 lacsResponsibilities & Duties :- Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.- Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.- Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.- Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.- Meet goals and metrics.- Bring out the best of branch s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetrationSkills Required :- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration or related field is preferred.- Proven branch management experience, as a Branch Manager or similar role.- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises.- Ability to meet sales targets.- Excellent organizational skills.- Results driven and customer focused.- Leadership and team management skills.
