- We have openings for Technical Support Officer for Top Gurgaon/Delhi based BPO- Work From Office- No Age Limit- Candidates From Any Delhi/NCR Location Or Who Is Willing To Relocate To Delhi/NCR Immediately Can Apply.- It is a rotational Night shift .24- 7 Shift - 5 days working- Both ways Cabs, Great Package Lucrative Incentives- Required - Excellent communication in English is mandatory.- Telephonic Interviews and Strictly No Walk-ins.- Training Experience or Working ExpResponsibilities and Duties : Desired Candidate Profile :- Required Technical / Computer Graduate Fresher / Experience in Technical Support .- Able to handle Calls & should be willing to work in 24- 7 shift environment- Basic understanding of inter-relationship of software, hardware and communications Hardware trouble shooting skills Desktop,Computer,Mac, Printer and Network issues- Experience in PC Hardware configuration- Experience supporting LANs, PC operating systems and desktop software- Experience using a variety of PC software including Microsoft Office Suite,- Knowledge and understanding of end user requirements- Strong customer service orientation Self-Starter- Good listening skills & Ability to analyze and solve technical problems- Strong problem analysis, resolution, and writing skills- Good interpersonal and communication skills Analytical skills excellent spoken and written communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
