Job Responsibilities : - Own the online channels revenue delivery across international market- Business Acumen: Exhibiting strong ability to structure problems and solve them Close collaboration with Revenue teams to assess cost impact and calculate return on investment.- Data Analysis: Comfortable in handling large sets of data to derive insights and identify opportunities.- Overseeing and expanding OTA listings throughout the international market including the introduction of new OTAs and effective management of existing distribution channels.- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Actively engaging with important stakeholders such as Revenue, Technology, Product, and External OTAs.- Strong Ownership of PnL and Operational Execution: Demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to execute operational tasks efficiently.- Tech Systems and Product Understanding: Possessing a comprehensive understanding of technical systems and product management. Collaborating with product teams to launch new features, resolve bugs, and evaluate tech products.- Team Building and Leadership Skills: Demonstrating exceptional team building and leadership abilities, with experience in managing of teams members.- Location will be Gurgaon.
