- Position: Brand Marketing Manager- Experience: 4 to 8 years in brand management, preferably in the Retail marketing of FMCG/Packaged Food/Spices/Consumer Goods industry. This role is responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistent messaging, and implementing marketing campaigns that align with the company s vision and goals. The ideal candidate has a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills, with a passion for building meaningful brand experiences.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the Masalas, Spices and other food processed category.- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and consumer insights.Campaign Management- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (TV, digital, print, BTL) to drive brand awareness and sales.- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging.- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and feedback.Product Development & Innovation- Work closely with management and production team to conceptualize and launch new variants or formats in the food processing.
-Manage packaging development in line with brand guidelines and consumer appeal.Consumer & Market Insight- Conduct regular consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) to track brand health, preferences, and category trends.- Stay ahead of culinary trends and evolving consumer taste preferences in the Masalas and spices segment.Sales & Trade Support- Develop promotional strategies in collaboration with sales and trade marketing teams.- Drive retail visibility programs and point-of-sale materials for modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.Digital & Social Media- Lead digital marketing strategy including content planning, influencer collaborations, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.- Leverage platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and food blogs to build engagement and community.Preferred Skills:- Experience in working in regional cities Tier-1, Tier-2 cities and rural marketing campaigns.- Knowledge of the spice/masala category or culinary trends in Indian cuisine.Preferred Candidate Background:- Education: MBA in Marketing or related field.- Experience: 5-8 years in brand management, preferably in the FMCG food category.- Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer brands or product categories.- Passion for food, flavour innovation, and regional taste preferences is a big plus.- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting market data and consumer research.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.About company: Chetan Agro and Foods packaging company is based out of North Karnataka, India.
