-This entry-level position will support Director - Sales & Business Development and the sales team across African branches in day-to-day operations, CRM management, communication, data analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director - Sales & Business Development and sales team in coordinating with African branches- Manage and update the CRM system with client and sales data- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch activity & management reports- Support in client communication, follow-ups- Coordinate with internal departments to support the branch offices- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process- Participate and Arrange online product trainings, webinars and meetings- Maintain accurate records and files related to sales, branch & administrative activitiesRequirements:- Bachelor s or Master s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-suite (G-slide, G-sheet etc.)- Basic knowledge of travel industry terms- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spiritWhat We Offer:- On-the-job training and mentorship- A dynamic and collaborative work environment- Growth opportunities within the organization- Join us and build your career in the global travel industry!
