The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design, a deep understanding of visual communication, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various media channels.Key Responsibilities:- Design and produce engaging visuals for digital (social media, websites, emails, ads) and print (brochures, flyers, packaging, signage) materials.- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop cohesive branding and campaign assets.- Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.- Adapt and repurpose existing designs for various platforms and sizes.- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 2 years of professional graphic design experience.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.- Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions quickly.- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus.Soft Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.- Team player with a positive attitude and creative mindset.
