About the Role:- We re looking for a Video Producer who can take complete ownership of creating high-performing, platform-specific videos across marketing and product channels. This includes everything from short-form Reels and ad creatives to product explainers and testimonial edits.- You should be a creative problem-solver, quick executor, and independent thinker who deeply understands what drives attention, engagement, and conversion, whether it s a scroll on Instagram or an install from an ad.What You ll Do:- Create high-impact videos for organic and paid channels - ads, Reels, YouTube, social, app store, email, landing pages.- Develop sharp hooks and clear story arcs that match each platform s user behaviour and the campaign s objective.- Bring fresh ideas consistently by studying trends, running competitive research, and surfacing references for new formats and storytelling angles.- Own full production: scripting, storyboarding, editing, sound design, motion graphics, and post-production.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to align creative with strategy.- Adapt and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data - create variants, test hooks, and learn from what works.- Ensure every video aligns with brand guidelines while still standing out in the feed.What You Bring:- 3-6 years of experience in video production with a strong portfolio across digital platforms.- Excellent hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).- Sharp visual sense. You understand pacing, color, type, sound, and transitions that stop the scroll.- Deep understanding of what drives engagement (views, likes, shares) and performance (CTR, installs, watch time).- Strong sense of ownership and speed by being able to turn around edits quickly and independently.- Experience in animation, voice-over direction, or camera handling for live shoots is a plus.
