Drive Continuous Improvement: You will analyse assembly data, pinpoint crucial bottlenecks, and spearhead significant projects aimed at increasing productivity, cutting cycle times, and decreasing scrap rates using sophisticated Lean methodology and statistical tools. Fixturing and Tooling Optimisation: You will design, define, and evaluate jigs, fixtures, and high-precision assembly tools, making sure they are dependable, ergonomic, and built to avoid quality problems. Quality and Compliance: You will work with the Quality team to set up in-line quality gates, make sure that strict product standards are followed, and validate procedures using techniques like Control Plans and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis PFMEA.
