Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Gender: Male/Female About Us KonnectKarz is a leading B2B cab rental service provider, delivering reliable and on-time mobility solutions across India. We work with corporate clients, sub-vendors, and drivers to ensure smooth transportation operations nationwide. Role: Operations Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and acknowledge booking requests received from clients.
• Create bookings in the system accurately and on time.
• Allocate bookings to available vehicles and drivers.
• Coordinate with sub-vendors and drivers for assignment and updates.
• Follow up with drivers and travellers once reporting is done and after the trip/drop is completed.
• Collect traveller feedback and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and update the daily operations dashboard.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 0 3 years of experience in operations (preferably cab rental/logistics).
• Strong communication and coordination skills. ( Hindi, English )
• Ability to handle high-volume bookings and multitask efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and communication tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work on weekends during emergencies (compensatory off may be provided).
